What size are LumeGem fuse beads?
Most LumeGem refill beads are 2.6mm mini fuse beads, designed for detailed pixel-style artwork and compact pattern boards.
How do I choose the right color?
Each refill pack is organized by series and color code. Please check the product title, variant name, and product image before placing your order.
Can I mix LumeGem beads with other fuse bead brands?
They may work with similar mini bead systems, but bead height, melt behavior, and color finish can vary between brands. For consistent results, we recommend testing a small area first.

Can I change my order after checkout?
If your order has not entered processing, contact us as soon as possible at pzhmoveon@gmail.com with your order number and requested change.
Why does a color look slightly different from the screen?
Color may vary because of lighting, display settings, and bead finish. Product images are provided as a close reference, but small differences are normal.

Do uploaded images leave my browser?
The pattern generator is designed for browser-side processing. Uploaded images are used to preview a bead-style pattern and color match.
Can the generated pattern be used directly for production?
The tool is intended as a planning reference. For important projects, review the preview, color list, and final bead count before starting.
